Job Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to conduct daily market visits, secure orders, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires developing new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, resolving complaints promptly, monitoring market trends and competitors, and preparing daily visit and sales reports. Candidates must meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Qualifications: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Experience: 1–2 years of field sales preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation, target-oriented, self-motivated, and familiar with local market routes.
- Employment: Full-time, in-person. Pay: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month.
