Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is seeking a proactive and experienced Female HR Manager to oversee our night shift operations. This role is based in Johar Town, Lahore, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. We are offering a competitive salary of up to PKR 90,00 per month, including a fuel allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Oversee payroll and attendance management.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
