Job Description
Confidential company seeks a Dispatch Manager to lead daily dispatch and fleet operations. You will supervise a small team, coordinate efficient routing, enforce transportation compliance, manage dispatch procedures, and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service reliability.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in dispatch/logistics with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical: Familiarity with ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Competencies: Strong organizational skills, meticulous documentation, clear communication, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Full-time, in-person position. Compensation up to Rs110,00.00 per month.
