Job Description
Join Confiance as an OPD Attendant! In this vital role, you will support the Outpatient Department (OPD) by assisting patients, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient operations. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with check-in and registration.
- Schedule and manage OPD appointments.
- Direct patients to the appropriate medical staff and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Answer patient inquiries about OPD procedures.
Qualifications: Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
Compensation: PKR 35,00 – PKR 40,00 monthly, based on experience.
