Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Production Manager with at least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, specifically in ice cream production. This full-time position will oversee night-shift operations at our ice cream production facility, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to quality and safety standards, and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night-shift operations and manage production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
- Provide supervision and direction to the production team.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Troubleshoot production challenges to minimize interruptions.
- Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
