Job Description

CODE Informatics is looking for a dedicated Charity Officer to enhance our charity initiatives through recipient verification and program support. This position involves field travel to monitor charitable projects, providing an invaluable opportunity to gain experience in the non-profit sector and to create a positive impact within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the selection and verification of charity recipients.
• Compile and organize documentation from potential beneficiaries.
• Conduct on-site visits for recipient verification.
• Support due diligence assessments under guidance.
• Organize data to assess program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses and activities.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
• Provide feedback for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a genuine interest in non-profit work; willingness to travel; and strong organizational skills are essential.
