Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in recruitment and employee engagement, coupled with a strong knowledge of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Update and maintain HR records and databases.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
