Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist to become an integral part of our HR team. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and various job boards to source candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and maintain an organized candidate database.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; 1-3 years of recruitment experience; and exceptional communication skills.
