Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Salary: Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage customers with outstanding debts.
- Communicate with debtors and ensure timely repayment.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Develop and execute effective debt collection strategies.
- Negotiate viable payment plans with debtors.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in collections and recovery management.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Effective and persuasive communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills.
