Job Description
We are actively searching for a dedicated and motivated Debt Collector to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for reaching out to individuals with overdue payments and negotiating effective repayment plans to recover outstanding funds.
Your key responsibilities will include accurately documenting all interactions, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements pertaining to debt collection practices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong negotiation abilities. While previous experience in debt collection is preferred, it is not mandatory.
