Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic call center tele sales agents and sales specialists to drive growth in the insurance sector, specifically focusing on motor insurance schemes through BPO processing and tele sales.
Requirements: Candidates should possess high energy, persuasive skills, and a strong goal orientation. This role is exclusively focused on sales, not administrative tasks.
Skills: Proficiency in communication, exceptional convincing abilities, basic MS Office knowledge, and fluency in English are mandatory.
Compensation: The salary ranges from $25,00 to $45,00, with the potential for performance-based commissions up to $100,00 monthly.
Location: This is an on-site role located in DHA Phase 2, near Gate 3, GT Road, and close to GIGA Mall. Candidates are responsible for their own transportation.
