Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is actively searching for an experienced immigration adviser to support clients navigating the immigration process for study, work, and permanent residency abroad. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and a proven track record of successfully guiding clients through intricate procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise advice on immigration laws for countries including Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa options and recommend effective pathways.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to the appropriate immigration authorities.
- Stay informed about evolving immigration laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on compliance requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
