Job Description
ChaseValue, a prominent leader in the retail industry, is looking for a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to strengthen our customer engagement initiatives. In this role, you will connect with customers directly in-store to gather valuable feedback and conduct post-transaction surveys that will provide insights for continuous improvement. You will work closely with management to formulate actionable recommendations and handle customer inquiries with professionalism. Additionally, you will monitor customer satisfaction trends and strategies to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain a friendly yet professional demeanor. Problem-solving abilities and prior retail or customer service experience are preferred.
