Job Description
We are thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Systems & Process Executive at CBA. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence by creating and standardizing business processes while ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Standardize and document operational processes
- Monitor and manage operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Facilitate effective communication across all departments
- Define and supervise system access protocols
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, Six Sigma Certification, and 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Telecom or Fintech sectors.
Location: Lahore (In-person)
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
