Job Description
Caregenix Solutions is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional candidates through diverse job advertisements, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring an efficient onboarding process for new employees.
Your key responsibilities will include extending job offers, negotiating terms, and guiding candidates through their onboarding experience. This is a full-time position requiring night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday through Friday.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $110,00 annually. The position is based in-person at our office.
