Job Description
We are on the lookout for a meticulous Accounts Executive to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of critical functions, including:
- Accurate daily transaction posting and comprehensive bookkeeping.
- Efficient month-end closing processes, producing clear financial reports.
- Managing inventory accounting and ensuring precise valuation.
- Conducting daily bank reconciliations to safeguard cash flow.
- Overseeing accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) for timely transactions.
- Generating insightful monthly and year-end financial statements.
- Maintaining an organized workflow to effectively meet deadlines.
