Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Call Courier Pvt Ltd Company. Your primary duties will include:
- Attending incoming calls landing on UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.
- Maintaining a log of complaints and queries.
- Routing calls to the relevant departments or teams.
- Responding to complaints within the turnaround time (TAT).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
