Job Description
We invite dynamic and dedicated individuals to apply for the position of Calling Agent in our team. As a Calling Agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls on the UAN during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Documentation of complaints and inquiries.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Address complaints within the established turnaround time (TAT).
Experience: Fresh graduates to 1 year preferred.
Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial State, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 30,00.00 per month.
