Job Description
Call Cafe is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as International Inbound Customer Service Representatives. In this vital role, you will enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries and concerns via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Conduct data entry as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to work night shifts is required.
This is a full-time position with evening and night shifts available. Salary ranges from Rs45,00 to Rs65,00 per month.
