Job Description

BusinessArcade.com is on the lookout for a talented Digital Marketing Ad Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads. We need a data-driven marketer who can effectively plan, execute, and analyze paid media strategies to enhance traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize campaigns through Meta and TikTok Ads Managers.
• Create and test engaging ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Ensure ad messaging aligns with the overall brand strategy.
