Job Description
We are seeking an Inbound Sales Executive for a new sales campaign in Telecommunications at Broadway Business Communication Pvt LTD in the United States. This full-time position requires night shifts from 08:30 PM to 03:30 AM (US Timings – GMT 5).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers via phone. Responsibilities include handling inbound sales calls, maintaining product knowledge, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up calls.
