Job Description
Brickclay is excited to announce an opening for a highly motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. This position involves conducting outbound calls, generating leads, setting appointments, and finalizing sales for our clients. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, fluent in English, and adept at managing a high volume of calls while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
- Promote our services and present customized solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, confidently addressing inquiries.
- Schedule qualified meetings or product demonstrations for our sales team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of telemarketing experience (UK/USA campaigns preferred).
- Exceptional spoken and written English; a neutral accent is preferred.
- Availability for night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
