Job Description

Brand Surge is looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller to join our team. This position involves making outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. Candidates will be responsible for qualifying potential clients and following up to enhance conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to introduce our company’s offerings.
• Qualify leads and coordinate meetings for sales representatives.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to build and nurture relationships.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
