Job Description
BPO Partners (Pvt) Limited seeks motivated individuals for the position of Bilingual Call Center Agent to assist Urdu and Punjabi speaking customers. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries and complaints, and educate customers about our diverse range of products.
The ideal candidate must possess fluent spoken and written proficiency in Urdu, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly attitude. A Matric-Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree along with relevant customer service experience will be considered advantageous.
