Job Description
Blue Diamond Properties Limited is looking for a motivated Property Management Consultant with a solid background in property management and outstanding customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice in property management, utilizing Yardi software for portfolio management, and negotiating with tenants and vendors. Additionally, the consultant will have the opportunity to upsell services to clients, maintain organized property files, manage legal administrative tasks, and deliver exceptional customer service while handling phone inquiries professionally.
