Job Description
Residence 41 seeks a full-time Sales Agent based in Lahore with 3+ years’ experience selling high-rise, luxury, or mixed-use real estate locally. The ideal candidate will actively market and close units with qualified buyers and investors while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
- Build and maintain a local HNW client network; use a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales management; monitor competitors and pricing.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports; demonstrate professionalism and self-motivation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive base salary plus commissions and incentives (Rs100,00–Rs200,00/month). In-person role.
