Job Description
BLMS SMC PVT LTD is looking for a skilled RCM Lead to manage our revenue cycle management operations. The successful candidate will oversee medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the revenue cycle team, developing effective billing policies, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing revenue cycle performance.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in medical billing. Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and exceptional leadership and analytical skills are essential.
