Job Description
Job Purpose: The RCM Manager will lead the comprehensive revenue cycle management process, emphasizing medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support the revenue cycle team.
- Establish and enhance billing policies and procedures.
- Track performance metrics and perform data analysis.
- Manage claims submissions and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years in medical billing, deep understanding of reimbursement processes, and outstanding leadership capabilities.
