Job Description
Biztek Apps is on the lookout for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to enhance our team in Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, along with exceptional communication abilities, this is an excellent opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 75,00 – PKR 100,00 plus attractive commissions & bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert warm leads into successful sales
- Deliver outstanding support and address customer inquiries
- Engage professionally through calls, emails, and chat
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, or English.
