Job Description
Bitswits Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage payroll and tax calculations, oversee benefits administration—including EOBI and health insurance—and ensure compliance with FBR and labor laws. Your contributions will be vital in overseeing HRIS and attendance tracking, as well as monitoring and reporting on budgets.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs80,00.00.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
