Job Description
Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to collaborate with stakeholders in analyzing business requirements for D365 solutions. This role involves translating needs into functional designs, customizing and configuring applications, preparing design documentation, conducting testing, and providing user training. You will work closely with project managers to ensure timely project delivery while recommending process improvements.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. A strong understanding of D365 capabilities and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
