Job Description
BDS Corporation is actively seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our Freight Brokerage team for our USA operations. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring the timely transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiating shipment rates and terms
- Coordinating logistics and monitoring shipment progress
- Delivering outstanding customer service and support
