In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, setting individual performance goals, and tracking progress. Your duties will involve overseeing the sales team’s activities, collaborating with marketing for lead generation, and providing ongoing training and motivation to ensure team success.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Strong abilities in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
