Job Description
Avotax Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading tax and accounting consultancy firm, is seeking a highly organized Executive Secretary. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, managing executive-level tasks and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the senior partner’s calendar and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communications.
- Prepare documents and take meeting minutes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail required.
