AffinityVibez, a leading business management consultancy in Pakistan, is on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Executive. This full-time role is essential for optimizing our HR operations, facilitating recruitment efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities include assisting HR managers with daily operations, formulating strategies for employee performance improvement, managing employee concerns effectively, and sourcing candidates through diverse channels.

The ideal candidate will possess exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to delegate tasks efficiently, conflict resolution expertise, and fluency in English. Experience with HR Management software, such as SAP, is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00 to Rs60,00 per month, along with EOBI benefits and bonuses based on performance.
