Job Description
ATU Logistics is excited to invite applications for the position of Customer Service Representative within our dynamic night shift team, conveniently located near DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This full-time role requires availability from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
We seek motivated individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented approach. Key responsibilities include handling client calls, identifying customer needs, upselling services, and addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Candidates should have previous experience in customer service or telesales, strong proficiency in English, and a goal-driven mindset. We offer a competitive salary of up to Rs100,00.00 per month, alongside performance incentives and opportunities for advancement.
