Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound UK-based calls. The role follows communication scripts, engages customers via voice, chat, and other channels, identifies needs, provides solutions, manages accounts, maintains organized conversation records, and performs required data entry.
- Requirements: prior international call center experience, confident spoken English, excellent listening and multitasking skills, and strong computer/internet proficiency.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with alternate Saturdays, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month. Please review the salary package before applying.
