Job Description
ASK Development, a renowned telecom company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude. You will address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns, while efficiently processing orders, verifying details, and managing payments. Additionally, you will update and maintain customer account information to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Salary: $37,00 – $55,00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience in Customer Service. This position is located in Islamabad and is full-time.
