Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative. The responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Handling customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs45,00 including incentives up to Rs15,00. Free medical insurance provided.
Shifts: Rotational shifts for males; mornings only for females. Work from home available after probation.
