Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to announce an opening for a committed Customer Care Executive to become a part of our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via phone, providing online support, following up on service issues, creating and resolving network trouble tickets, and maintaining accurate records of faults.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Proficiency in English and Urdu
- Based in Islamabad
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 (plus performance-based incentives)
- Rotational work shifts
