Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prominent telecommunications firm, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in:
- Managing incoming calls efficiently
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints effectively
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, ideally in a UK environment
Compensation: Salary of Rs 45,00 with potential incentives up to Rs 15,00

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) with an option for remote work post-probation.
