Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving inbound calls.
- Addressing customer inquiries.
- Resolving customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably with UK-based operations.
- Communication skills: Fluent in English.
- Salary: Rs 45,00 including incentives up to Rs 15,00.
- Benefits: Free medical insurance.
- Shifts: Rotational (morning, evening, night) with work-from-home options after probation.
