Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or Power and will excel in troubleshooting various technical issues. Key responsibilities include diagnosing OLT and MSAG issues, resolving internet speed problems, addressing dial tone concerns, and performing hardware replacements. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance and speed testing on GPON networks.
This is a full-time position offering a salary range of PKR 37,00 to PKR 45,00, along with medical insurance.
