Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a Team Lead Support for our Customer Support department at a prominent telecom company. In this role, you will manage customer complaints and requests, ensuring they are resolved promptly in accordance with our standard operating procedures. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of customer support experience are required. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office.
