Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive screenings through phone, video, and in-person interviews.
Collaboration with recruiters will be essential to define job requirements and build a robust candidate pipeline. You will also utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify technology professionals who meet our clients’ specific needs.
Job Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Location: Onsite
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
