Job Description
Appedology PVT Ltd. is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Accounting Assistant to enhance our management team’s efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a solid accounting background, possess strong attention to detail, and be capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and accounting support.
- Manage data entry, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial records and oversee invoice management.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
