Job Description
We are excited to announce that Angular Quantum is on the lookout for a BPO Specialist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through phone, email, and chat. Your duties will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions, and collaborating with various teams to improve the customer experience.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from 80,00 to 120,00 PKR and requires strong communication skills. The role is located on-site at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday.
