Job Description
Amanah Mall seeks a full-time Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional support, promptly address inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing accurate information, maintaining professional and timely engagement, collaborating with internal teams to meet service targets, and staying current with industry best practices.
Candidates must have prior customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, excellent organization and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is an in-person role based in Lahore; reliable commuting or relocation is required.
