Job Description
We are currently seeking a committed and experienced Food Court Manager to oversee the daily operations of the food court at Amanah Mall. This pivotal role is centered around maintaining cleanliness, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and facilitating effective vendor coordination, all while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Manage vendor relationships and staff, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, address customer concerns, monitor sales performance, coordinate promotional activities, and conduct regular inspections of the facilities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities are required.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
