Job Description
Location: Alpine Marine Services, Karachi
Timings: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Department: Shipping/Port Documentation
Job Description: We are currently looking for a Shipping Documentation Handler to efficiently manage vessel-related documentation processes, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with all port and shipping regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all import/export shipping documentation
- Coordinate effectively with shipping agents
- Maintain precise records of vessel arrivals and dispatches
- Ensure timely dispatch of documents to clients and port officials
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of Intermediate education; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in port/shipping documentation is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
